When I wrote my book Cookie Dough: Raw Cookie Duck * this summer, I knew I needed something too Christmas needed in it. Even though I did not really feel like gingerbread in August, my colleagues tore the fudge out of my hand. Admittedly, the combination of dough made from flour and fudge sounds oblique at first. In fact, it tastes just as great as you would imagine. There are only goodies in it, so white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and gingerbread spice.

A note about the flour, I go into the introduction of my book on it: flour should always be made germ-free! Most of the eggs are suspected of having abdominal pain after eating raw cookie dough. Gingerbread Cookie Dough Fudge

Here's the recipe.Stir into a smooth mass and allow to cool for a few minutes.


Mix powdered sugar, flour, salt and spices in a separate bowl. Sift the flour mixture onto the melted chocolate paste and stir well.


Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth. Cover and allow to cool in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours. Then lift out of the mold and cut into 25 cubes.


Airtight, the fudge will stay in the fridge for a few days.
